Personal Income Tax
In the 2012 legislative session, Kansas Governor Sam Brownback signed into law an income tax bill that reduced personal income taxes. Below are the new Kansas income taxes taking effect January 1, 2013. Kansas taxable income is reduced by various standard and itemized deductions.
