Commercial Property Inventory

The Overland Park Chamber Economic Development Council (EDC) maintains an inventory of available commercial property within the community. This inventory allows the EDC staff to assist prospective companies or existing Overland Park firms in finding the real estate they need to relocate or grow their business. EDC staff will provide upon request a listing of available office, retail, or industrial/ flex space along with associated demographic & trade area information. The EDC staff will connect prospective tenants or owners with local commercial realtors to proceed with formal real estate transactions.
